UpReach partner programme — white-label event IT for B2B partners

The UpReach partner programme is for event agencies, exhibition builders, digital service providers and rental firms that supply B2B clients with high-end event technology — without having to develop their own hardware or AI software. CE-certified industrial terminals, our own photo booth software with AI features and a GDPR-compliant lead architecture — entirely white-label. You own the client relationship and the campaign concept. UpReach provides the infrastructure.

More than 200 B2B brands from across Europe trust UpReach — from agencies to enterprise corporations.

First: infrastructure and hardware. Access to the full portfolio of AI terminals (Pro V1, Mirror Pro, Compact) and vyndo displays on partner terms — purchase, rental or leasing. Second: software and API. A multi-tenant white-label CMS for fleet management, lead forms and CRM API connections. Third: training and support. Train-the-trainer onboarding for the partner team, plus priority level-2 support during live events.

Three levers for B2B partners

CE-certified industrial terminals (ISO 9001) at tiered B2B purchase prices. Purchase or leasing — predictable CapEx or OpEx. The terminals are built for years of rental and event use: no consumer hardware, no repair intervals in peak season.

A multi-tenant cloud CMS: every client profile is isolated. Logos, brand colours, GDPR copy, lead forms and CRM API connections are configured per client. UpReach never appears in client-facing contact — the partner's brand is the only thing the client sees.

Partners receive direct access to the UpReach level-2 support team. For critical events during live productions, remote support is on hand. Software misconfigurations can be fixed directly through cloud access — no technician has to be on site.

Terms for partners

The UpReach partner programme has three tiers. The entry threshold is deliberately low — the first partner tier applies from just three terminals. As volume grows, the terms, support levels and co-marketing options grow with it. Specific pricing is agreed in a direct conversation — no list prices, because partner models are tailored individually to your business.

Proven partner models

The agency builds UpReach terminals into its event packages as standard. The client books the complete setup with the agency — UpReach stays entirely invisible. The agency takes the full margin between purchase price and client invoice.

The exhibition builder integrates UpReach terminals as interactive stand elements into its design pitches. The photo station is sold as part of the stand concept, not as a third-party supply. UpReach provides CAD data and technical specifications for stand planning.

01

Our own photo booth software

The UpReach software is built for multi-client operation: multi-tenant, fully white-label, controlled through the cloud dashboard. Campaign changes take minutes, new AI features are deployed remotely — no return of devices for the partner.

02

Latest-generation AI features

Background removal, face swap, GlamBot slow-motion and 360-degree video are leading external models integrated into our own software (credit-based and modular). For partners, that means premium AI features as an upselling line, with the credit-based usage costed transparently per project.

03

Our own hardware line

A hardware line manufactured to our own specification (CE, ISO 9001). The terminals are built for years of rental and event transport: no consumer hardware in third-party housings, industrial components, a minimal repair rate. This protects the partner's return.

Hardware portfolio for partners

The Pro V1 (from €6,990 net) is the standard for event fleets: rugged, ISO 9001, all AI features, broad applicability. The Mirror Pro (from €9,990 net) sits as a premium asset for galas, awards and fashion events. The Compact (from €4,990 net) extends fleets for compact jobs and smaller client budgets. Leasing models for building a fleet on request. All prices excl. VAT. The software ecosystem is included for 12 months in the purchase price (annual contract thereafter); AI modules are credit-based and modular.

Partnership as a strategic business model

The return on a rental fleet

The payback maths for partners is clear: at typical B2B daily rates of €300–500, a Pro V1 (from €6,990 net) pays for itself within a few events. After that, every further hire is pure profit. AI features — face swap, GlamBot — raise the daily rate over standard setups, and you cost the credit-based AI usage transparently into the daily rate. The fleet management CMS keeps staffing effort per event to a minimum: plug-and-play setup in under 15 minutes, no IT staff required on site.

White-label as a retention mechanism

The white-label approach builds loyalty on the partner's side: when the client sees the system as the partner's own brand, they book with the partner again for the next event — not with a generic photo booth provider. The entire user journey (idle screen, photo process, email download, sharing page) appears in the client's brand design. No UpReach brand visible, no reference to the supplier. The partner owns the client relationship.

Fleet management for operations that scale

For partners with growing fleets, the cloud dashboard gives central control: software updates to all devices at once, campaign changes by push, lead data from every location in a single export. Remote diagnostics show the status of each terminal in real time — online/offline, error logs, lead counters. For software misconfigurations, the UpReach support team can step in directly, without a technician having to travel to the site. This remote-support model is the most critical service on a Saturday evening.

Frequently asked questions about the partner programme

Who is the partner programme designed for?

The programme is for B2B partners: event agencies that supply corporate clients with event technology; professional hardware rental firms building a reliable B2B fleet; exhibition builders integrating interactive terminals into stand concepts; and digital service providers offering lead generation as a managed service. Private customers and B2C providers are not admitted to the programme.

How can partners calculate their margin?

Partners buy or lease hardware on B2B partner terms and set client prices independently. The difference between the partner purchase price and the client invoice (including concept, setup and support) determines the margin. AI features such as face swap and GlamBot allow higher client prices, with the credit-based AI usage costed transparently into the project.

What onboarding steps are needed after signing?

Onboarding has three steps: technical training on hardware handling and CMS configuration, API integration for CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) as needed, and a test deployment before the first live event. The partner team is trained by video call or on site — the aim is full independence after the first training session.

Which SLAs apply in the partner programme?

Partners receive priority access to level-2 support. For software questions during live events, the UpReach team is on hand via remote access. For hardware faults under leasing contracts, replacement cycles are coordinated from the main warehouse. Under the framework agreement (from 10 terminals per year), a dedicated account manager is assigned.

Does the setup team need technical IT knowledge?

faq-5-answer

No. The terminals are designed for plug-and-play use by promo staff without IT knowledge: set up in under 15 minutes, a kiosk mode that starts on its own, remote configuration by the partner team from the office. The staff on site only need to plug in the power cable.

How are software updates rolled out to partner fleets?

Software updates are deployed remotely via the cloud — no physical return of devices for the partner. New AI features, security patches and CMS functions are available on all fleet terminals at once after the update. The partner tells UpReach about planned live events so that updates can be scheduled around them.
